Dude, Asians have a wicked sense of style! & are gorge! It's funny though, I read an article a few years back about Chinese woman who would go through ridiculous lengths to make themselves look more caucasian (eyelid surgery, leg lengthening surgery, etc.)...I didn't really get it since I think there are beautiful women of all races & it's ridiculous to want to be someone you're not (which is also why I don't expect to ever have the body of Kate Moss or Kate Hudson)...am I rambling? My point is that you are beautiful, you just have to own it :)

Carolyn, Having grown up in the same place, it is odd (now that I think about it) that there aren't more Asians in Lafayette. For the record, I'm blond and green-eyed and I alwasy felt like a wallflower there too. All those french/creole girls are so beautiful! But, I digress...White girls often envy Asian girls, so it seems so odd that an Asian girl might look to Caucasians for physical inspiration? Most important, you are so beautiful...in and out. I find the differences in beauty appeal, between Asians and Caucasians to be terribly fascinating. It seems like it is almost the opposite in many cases, Caucasians admire Asian features, while Asians admire Caucasian features--here in the NE at least, I've come across many Caucasian girls who love Asian features. When I was in college, I had a friend who was in an Asian sorority. I was always jealous, b/c I thought they had a much more wicked sense of style. And I know, you and I both, have a girl crush on Lindsay Price. Adorable & beautiful!
